Since 2000
At My Tuition Class, we provide 2 types of unique learning experiences -
(1) 1-to-1 tuition or group tuition and
(2) a misconception identification program.
For (1) tuition, we aim to provide every student with a unique learning experience through customised teaching and learning using curated notes and worksheets that will ignite their passion for learning. With our personalized touch, we’re able to channel the most effective learning techniques to challenge, motivate and support our students. We have one-to-one tuition as well as very affordable small group tuition. Check out the rates below. Join us!
For (2) a misconception identification program for students who don't need regular tuition, but would like to identify gaps in their academic performance, so that they can close the gaps to get better grades. I will provide a free consultation via Zoom to identify the current level of competency of the student, and mail the student a hard copy of the test paper based on some past year's school prelim papers and/or Cambridge papers. The student will complete the paper within the stated time and send me a PDF copy of his/her answer via email/Whatsapp. A marked copy will be returned to the student with the marker's report and suggestions on some areas to work on.
From $50 onwards, depending on the scope and scale of the program.

Individual 1 to 1 tuition @ $75 to $90 per hour for a 2-hour Zoom session.
Small group tuition @$250 monthly for every 4 Zoom sessions of 2-hour each.
(Usual fee is $350 monthly. But I am giving a special offer this year as my online e-learning portal is under construction. The portal comprises a database of video explanations and video solutions to commonly asked and challenging questions, which students can learn and master additional content and skills at their own pace, and bring to me only the remaining questions they have in mind after learning via the portal. I foresee that it will accelerate learning and deepen understanding, hence enabling any student to realise their potential.
I have mastered the art of teaching via Zoom, and I have successfully coached students with ADHD, Dyslexia and even motivated unwilling students to put in the necessary effort to learn and make remarkable improvements.

Sec 4 Chemistry: Sunday 5 pm to 7 pm

About
My Tuition Class is taught by Mr Lee, an ex-MOE senior teacher who has more than 20 years of experience in Singapore school. His teaching experience has equipped him with relevant skills to confidently address learning differences in each student by creating uniquely personalized learning experiences for every student.
Mr Lee has helped me understand and achieve A1 in Maths, Chemistry and Physics in my WA2 just after a few months of tuition. He was able to explain to me concepts in simple words so I can understand abstract concepts. Thank you, Mr Lee.

Initially, I was doubtful about my son learning Chemistry via Zoom as he was unable to focus when he attended the HBL lesson with his school teacher the previous year. But Mr Lee was able to engage him actively during his tuition. He has shown improvement in his latest test, and working towards scoring his O level.
